General Terms and Conditions

Our general terms and conditions are binding with the sending of your order.


General Terms and Conditions of Vee's Kaffee GmbH (Ltd.)

1. Coverage
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) are applicable for all deliveries of Vee's Kaffee GmbH (Vee's in the following) to customers (§ 13 BGB (German Civil Code)). A customer is any natural person who closes a legal transaction with a purpose which can neither be assigned to his/her commercial nor self-employed job-related activity.
 
2. Contract partner and ustomer service
The purchase contract comes about with Vee's Kaffee GmbH. Further information about us can be found in our imprint. Our customer service is available for your questions, complaints and claims on weekdays from 9:00am to 6:00 pm via telephone at +49 (0)89 2288 0024 or via email at info@vees-kaffee.de.

 
3. Offer and conclusion of contract
The display of products in the online shop represent a legally binding offer and an invitation to order. By clicking the “Buy Now!” - button as last step of the ordering process, you are placing a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. When you place an order with Vee's we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order with us providing you with all the details (order confirmation).
Condition for a valid conclusion of contract is always that the order process is completed by sending the order.
 
4. Shipping rates
In addition to the mentioned prices in our online shop, we charge shipping cost. A detailed shipping cost table can be found in the "Shipping Rates" section
.
 
5. Payment methods
For your payment methods you have the choice between advance payment, cash on delivery (C.O.D.), bank debit, PayPal or invoice.
 
  • Advance payment
    By choosing advance payment as payment methid, we will provide our bank details to you and deliver the goods after we have received invoice amount to our bank account.
     
  • Cash on delivery (C.O.D.)
    By choosing cash on delivery as payment method, we will charge an additional cost of €2
     
  • Bank debit
    Your bank account will be debited with the invoice amount upon completion of your order.
     
  • PayPal
    You pay the invoice amount via the online payment provider PayPal.You must be a registered user of PayPal, or you may need to register first, log on with your user credentials and confirm the payment order to us. You will receives further information during the ordereing process.
    By choosing PayPal/Paypal Express as payment method, we will charge an additional cost of €1.
6. Cash payment upon collection
You generally have the opttion to collect your order at Vee's Kaffee GmbH, Lochhamer Schlag 12, 82166 Gräfelfing, Germany on weekdays from 9:00am to 6:00pm..
 
7. Parcel stations
We do not deliver to parcel stations.
 
8. Reservation of propietary rights
The goods will remain our property until they have been fully paid for.
 
9. Right of  revokation
Below you will find an information about the conditions and consequences of the legal right of revokation of shipping orders.
 

Information Regarding Revocation

Bearing the cost for return of goods
If If you exercise your right of revocation, you must bear the regular costs of the return if the delivered merchandise corresponds to the ordered merchandise and if the price of the products being returned is not in excess of €40, or, if the price is higher, you had not made the due payment in full or a contractually agreed partial payment at the point in time of the revocation. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you. Products which cannot be shipped as a parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you upon dispatch of your revocation declaration or of the product and for us upon their receipt.

Right of Revocation
You may revoke your contract declaration without giving any reasons by sending us a written message (e.g., letter, fax, e-mail) within 14 days or - if the merchandise has been handed over to you before the expiration of this period - by returning the merchandise. The period begins upon receipt of this information in written form, but not, however, before receipt of the merchandise by the recipient (in the case of repeated delivery of identical merchandise, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfilment of our information obligation pursuant to Article 246, Section 2 in conjunction with Section 1 (1) and (2) EGBGB (German Introductory Act German Civil Code) and our obligations pursuant to Section 312g (1) sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with Article 246 Section 3 EGBGB. The dispatch of the revocation notice or of the product in due time suffices as compliance with the revocation period. Send the revocation notice to:

Consequences of Revocation
If the revocation is effective, the services of both parties must be returned and any benefits received from their use (e.g., interest) must be surrendered. If you are unable to return to us, in whole or in part, the service you have received as well as any benefits (e.g. consumption benefits) or only in a worsened condition, you must pay us compensation to the extent that value has been lost. You only need to provide compensation of value for the deterioration of the merchandise and for any benefits derived insofar as the benefits or the deterioration are to be attributed to handling the object derived from checking its properties and manner of functioning. "Checking the properties and manner of functioning" are to be understood as meaning testing and trying out the respective merchandise in a similar way to that which is possible and usual in a retail shop.

The right of revocation does not apply to distance contracts
  • for the delivery of goods that are produced according to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs or which are not suitable due to their condition for a return or spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed
